RLA learning Center is a Not-For- Profit organization located in Melrose Park, Illinois. Our purpose is to set the foundation for a life time of learning and personal growth. We provide a distinctive, comprehensive day care center which creates opportunities to address children’s physical, emotional, social, health, nutritional and intellectual needs by implementing developmentally appropriate learning activities for children’s ages six weeks through twelve years old; including those with disabilities, which meets the needs of the whole child.

We are located in a community of low income based families where we serve 99% minorities, due to this we provide families with low prices, transportation service to and from school, breakfast, lunch and snacks, tutoring, fieldtrips, summer camps, social services, dental checkups and more.

Our goal is to meet the needs of all parents and children to make sure they are in a stable comfortable environment.  We contribute to our community to keep our children in the neighborhood and surrounding areas safe and secure.
